Since the finance industry is such a changing and evolving world it is always worthwhile to do a home loan check every 3-4 years to ensure you are receiving a competitive loan package. By doing nothing you could be costing yourself thousands of dollars.

For a quick home loan check, use the request form to send me details of your current interest rate, your current monthly or annual fees, the total loan outstanding and the estimated value for your property.

If you then decide to refinance your loan you will need to supply:

Two payslips and your last group certificate.

Six months original loan statements plus an internet printout from last statement up to present.

Copy of your council rates notice and 100 points of ID (passport & drivers licence).
