Lenders will usually check that your ABN has been registered for two years or more. I can check this for you if you are not sure when you registered your ABN.

Also the most competitively priced low doc loans are usually available for people with a 40% or larger deposit. If you only have a 20-40% deposit, you may be liable for mortgage insurance.
